What it is, who gets it, where it appears

Acne scarring occurs when deeper layers of the skin are damaged during inflammatory acne. It can affect individuals of all ages and most commonly appears on the cheeks, temples and jawline.

Treatment options and results

Treatment is tailored following medical assessment. Options may include advanced laser treatments, injectable therapies and skin-remodelling procedures performed by doctors. The aim is to improve skin texture, stimulate collagen production and soften the appearance of scars over time.

Pricing:

Consultation fee: £145

Fee includes initial consultation and a follow up appointment, private prescriptions and telephone support.

Our Laser/IPL treatments start from £145, and £95 for follow ups with our later therapist. Packages are also available.

Our Surgical Packages include aftercare, histology and a follow-up where necessary.

Consultations fees are usually £75, and redeemable against the procedure fee.

A consultation is essential to discuss the method of removal, and we recommend a cooling off period before going ahead with any surgery. Occasionally it may be advised that certain skin lesions are left alone for risk of less preferable scarring.
